OCCUPY or NULLIFY!            The NullifyNow Jacksonville Challenge

    * According to Jacksonville.com, Occupy Jacksonville drew 200 people. We challenge the greater Jacksonville area, the Panhandle and South Georgia to triple that figure  on October 22nd at
http://www.nullifynow.com/jacksonville/ There is NO WAY we believe that Occupy can outdraw Jefferson and Madison... It's up to you!

    * The bottome line is this: Can Geo.Soros and MoveOn.org  outdraw Thomas Jefferson and James Madison....we don't believe they can.....

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO GETS ELECTED TO THE WHITE HOUSE IN 2012……….

·        Cain, Romney, Perry, Paul or God forbid four more years of Obama, the Tenth Amendment ground game in our state remains the same.
·        Do you think Washington D.C. is going to magically turn off all of the revenue sucking programs they have created during the last 80 years? Not a chance.
·        Do you think Washington D.C.  will "get religion" over night and limit themselves to Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution as a limit on their power? Never!
George Bush had a Republican majority and increased the size of government dramatically. Even Ronald Reagan kept the Department of Education.
·        Think the EPA, the IRS, FHA, OSHA and the entire barnyard of federal alphabet agencies will no longer burden our state with unlawful regulations just because "your guy" is in the White House? Think Again!!
·        Do you believe federal mandates, both funded and unfunded will cease? No way! These are part of how the career politicians keep their jobs and power.
NO MATTER WHO BECOMES PRESIDENT, THE IN STATE GROUND GAME IS THE SAME…
At NULLIFY NOW Jacksonville you will learn how to play the in state ground game to win, regardless of the party in power in Washington. NOTHING is beyond the power of the States to control if what we seek to overturn is not a delegated power to the general government.
·        The path to controlling Washington D.C. runs through Tallahassee
James Madison in referring to the responsibility of the state legislature in dealing with federal overreach wrote in the Virginia Resolution: "the states who are parties thereto, have the right, and are in duty bound, to interpose for arresting the progress of the evil, and for maintaining within their respective limits, the authorities, rights and liberties appertaining to them".
·        That's right. Our legislature is DUTY BOUND to arrest the progress of the evil.
·        Jefferson wrote in the Kentucky Resolutions that ""Whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers….a nullification of the act is the rightful remedy."

AT NULLIFYNOW JACKSONVILLE, WE WILL GIVE YOU THE TOOLS YOU NEED TO MAKE THE LEGISLATURE EFFECTIVELY LIMIT FEDERAL OVER REACH
Thomas E. Woods, Jr, Jack Hunter, Stewart Rhodes, Joe Wolverton and Francisco Rodriguez join us as keynote speakers to educate and activate in support of Thomas Jefferson's advice - that nullification is "the rightful remedy..."

Through historical writings, case studies, and speeches by the Founding Fathers, Hunter, Rhodes and eight other speakers including Florida RLC leaders Matt Nye and Bob White will give you a logical, moral, and constitutionally sound case for nullification, revealing:

    * How we can roll back Obamacare, cap and trade, and other unconstitutional expansions of federal power through nullification

    * Why the Founding Fathers believed that nullification was the "moderate middle ground"

    * Why the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution gives the states the power to nullify unconstitutional laws

    * Why states - not the Supreme Court - should arbitrate disputes between the states and the federal government over the constitutionality of the federal government's actions.
