WHY AMERICA NEEDS THE BIBLE "Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.John 5:39 If you have such a human passion for a cause, a belief, a truth, it can lift one to the point of becoming a human volcano for a purpose. There were
many authors of our Constitution present at the Constitutional Convention…to name a few: George Washington-President of the United States, Georgia: William Few, Connecticut: Roger
Sherman, South Carolina: Pierce Butler, Virginia: James Madison….A group of 39 men in total spoke frequently of scripture and how it must sustain our foundation and shape our
future. Dare we say, that if today was the day, meager, or probably no reference would be given to the God breathed scripture that our founding was built upon. Our Bible is a book
beyond books, a river that never stops flowing, a sunrise that stays for eternity. Our blessings of oil, our armed forces, our education, nor our oceans can compare to the
value of the scripture, it is divine in authorship, supernatural in origin, human in penmanship, infallible in authority, and eternal in duration. It is a work of literary beauty, a
powerful force and the masterpiece of our God. Volumes that could fill libraries are written from just one verse and it is our only source of divine revelation.
In the Bible, God reveals His will and truth "unto men, through men" as He breathes His spirit into them.
America needs the Bible:HOW CAN WE EXPECT MATERIAL AND PHYSICAL PROGRESS WITHOUT SPIRITUAL PROGRESS……………….. There
will always be agnostics to pour out their wrath against the Word. There will always be hate against scripture and satanic attacks will continue as long as we are on this earth as we know
it today. The history and the success of "Thus saith The Man" has led us into the pits of a selfish, self reliant society that we are living in now. Woodrow
Wilson said, "our civilization cannot survive materially unless it be redeemed spiritually." If there is a spiritual failure then the success of a material success is but a fleeting moment
in time. The greatest power that we can hold is clean living and worship. Our eyes:
we must bind the Word to our eyes; seeing the truth and the power. Our lips: we must speak words of truth and soberness.
Our hands: we must do what God commands. Our feet:
we must walk in righteousness.Our hearts: we must make it our mighty counselor and never reduce its quality and truth. Without the Bible we will move
forward..briefly..then quickly backwards. We are but of molded bread in a garbage can. Our wild tongues and evil minds will become a team of pallbearers for our nation, a great city of ruin
